These terms govern your use of the Railway King app. By using the app, you agree to them.

License

Railway King is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Purchases

Railway King is free to download and free to start playing. The full campaign is unlocked by a single one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; payment, billing, refunds, and restoring a previous purchase are handled by Apple, not by us. The unlock is a non-consumable tied to your Apple Account, and you can restore it on your devices at no extra charge. There are no subscriptions.

Acceptable use

Please use the app safely. Be aware of your physical surroundings while wearing your device, and keep a clear area around you.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here.
