Privacy Policy

Railway King collects no personal data of its own. The only information that ever leaves your device is your Game Center progress, and only if you choose to sign in. This policy explains what the app does and does not do.

Data we collect

None. We — the developer — run no servers and hold no accounts; the app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs and sends us nothing about you. Your gameplay stays on your device, apart from the optional Game Center features described below.

Game Center

Railway King supports Apple’s Game Center for achievements and a leaderboard. If — and only if — you are signed in to Game Center, the app submits your earned achievements and your best “finish year” score (the in-game year you are crowned Railway King) to Game Center. This is handled by Apple, not by us, and is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. Game Center is entirely optional: the game is fully playable signed out, and while signed out nothing is sent. You can manage or turn off Game Center in the Settings app.

Your surroundings

The railway runs in a volumetric visionOS window that you position in your room yourself with the system grab bar. The app uses no ARKit session, plane detection, world sensing, or camera access, and it never scans or records your surroundings.

Your layouts

Layouts you save are stored locally on your device only. They are not uploaded or shared.

Children

Railway King is suitable for all ages, and we collect no data from anyone, including children. If a player signs in to Game Center, that feature is provided by Apple and is subject to the device’s Game Center and Screen Time settings.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
